Paper Bid Questions and Answers 1. Can you please provide the bid tabulation from the previous bid indicating the award pricing per item and winning vendor? We charge a fee for the tabulation results which would include the time it takes one of our employees to go to the data storage warehouse and will send a confirmation when they are ready for you to pick up the results. 2. Regarding the Vinyl & Synthetic Gloves, is the quantity listed per box or per case? Boxes 3. Regarding the Garbage Can Liners, is the quantity 271 boxes or 271 cases? Boxes 4. What is the average amount of Gloves and of Garbage Can Liners that are usually ordered in one week? 30 - 40 boxes per week for each week our schools are in session. 5. Regarding the statement in the bid document "The successful bidder(s) must have Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan on file...", can you confirm if these terms apply to this bid if there are no food items/perishables being bid? Items must be delivered in a well-maintained truck and you should have some type of plan for delivery of a safe product including paper products (not necessarily called a HACCP plan).
